Meet me

My name is Ioanna Sacha. I am a Psychologist and Psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. I completed my postgraduate studies in psychotherapy and my full professional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with distinction from the University of Edinburgh. At the same time, I worked for two years at the Centre for Psychological Therapies of the University of Edinburgh.

I continued my training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) through the Compassionate Mind Foundation. After returning to Greece, I worked in specialized therapy centers in Athens. Currently, I run a private psychotherapy practice on Katechaki Avenue, where I provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I am also a scientific associate and work as a seminar instructor and trainer at EKISYP.

From a young age, I have been involved in competitive swimming, achieving various distinctions in Greece and abroad. I have been a member of the Greek National Junior and Senior Teams and have participated in European Junior Championships, European Senior Championships, the Mediterranean Games, and, more recently, the World University Games. Competitive sports have instilled in me important values such as dedication, self-discipline, and teamwork.

I continue my professional development by attending numerous seminars and additional training programs, including specialization as a Mindfulness Specialist at the Educational Institute of Synthetic Approach.
